Travel Details

Flight Tickets

• It’s mandatory for travellers to carry a copy of confirmed arrival and departure flight tickets.
• The policy is not mandatory for Delhi jurisdiction passports.

Hotel Reservations

• Tourists must carry a confirmed hotel reservation showing: hotel address, contact details, applicant’s name and registration dates.
• The policy is not mandatory for Delhi jurisdiction passports.

Financial Information

Bank Statement (Requires Physical)

• Tourists must provide their bank statement or sponsor’s statement if sponsored by a spouse or blood relative.
• Applicants may present a 6-month e-statement.
• Sponsor’s 6-month bank statement must show approx INR 80,000 balance per applicant with bank sign & seal.

Occupational Details

Employed

• Applicants must carry employment letters on company letterhead.
• The letter should include applicant name, designation, and authorized signature.
• Leave sanction letter or NOC, company ID card, or payslips are mandatory.
• If the applicant recently switched companies, an appointment letter is required.

Self-Employed

• Cover letter on business letterhead.
• Business registration certificate, GST certificate, Partnership Deed, MOA.
• Valid proof of proprietorship.

Student

• Student applicants must bring one of the following:
• Bonafide Certificate
• Leave Letter from Educational Institution
• Student Identity Copy
• All documents must contain the applicant’s name.

Mandatory Requirements

Special Requirements

• All documents must be written in English.
• If not, official translation is required.
• If travelling to Malaysia also, mention Singapore–Malaysia road travel in the cover letter.
• The embassy may ask for additional documents or an interview.
• Applicants from the Delhi jurisdiction must sign the photograph on the form.
• If entering or exiting Singapore by road, include a cover letter with intended travel date.
