Passport

• A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of departure.
• 2 Blank pages are required for visa stamping and an old passport if any.

Photograph

• The photographs must be clicked within the 3 months.
• The size of the photograph should be 35mm* 45 mm.
• The photo must cover 70–80% of the head.
• Applicant’s photos must be clear and they should be taken with light-coloured background.

Additional Requirements

Covering Letter

• A valid A4-size printed copy of the cover letter should be presented by the member.
• The cover letter should be printed on a Company Letterhead.
• The letter must include duration, visiting purpose, expense clause, applicant details and passport numbers.

Company Proofs

• A valid company proof is mandatory.
• It should have a GST Certificate, recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce, a copy of proprietorship, establishment copy, incorporation certificate or MOU with the Dictator’s Name list (Any one of them is required).

Travel Details

Confirmed Air Ticket

• It’s mandatory to have confirmed flight tickets copy for all the sectors.

Confirmed Hotel Booking

• Applicants must carry a confirmed copy of the hotel voucher showing essential details like hotel name, contact details, email ID and payment receipt.

Day-Wise Itinerary

• A day–wise itinerary with all the travel details is required.

Travel Insurance

• Applicants must have a minimum insurance of € 30,000.
• It should be valid for 2 days at least after the return date.
• The travel insurance must be approved by the travel insurance company.

Financial Information

Personal Bank Statements (6 Months)

• Last 6 months personal bank statements are required along with the sign and seal.
• It must show a sufficient cash flow/balance of at least INR 2.5 Lacs.

Personal Income Tax Details (3 Years)

• Details of last 3 years’ Personal Income Tax Returns.

Company Bank Statement (6 Months)

• Applicants must have the last 6 months’ company bank statement with seal and sign.

Company Income Tax Details (3 Years)

• Details of the last 3 years’ Company Income Tax Returns are required.
