List of Essential Documents

Passport

• A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of application.
• A coloured scanned copy of the passport’s first and last page is required.

Visa / Resident Permit

• Applicants must carry a valid copy of a Schengen visa/resident permit.
• Valid only for multiple-entry Schengen visas & residence permits.
• Also applicable for valid visas for:
  • The USA (B1/B2 or Green Card holders)
  • The United Kingdom
  • Ireland

Travel Details

Hotel Reservations

• A valid copy of the accommodation reservation is required.
• The reservation must include hotel address, contact details, applicant’s name and reservation dates.

Occupational Details

Retired

• A valid proof of retirement.
• Pension slips for the last 3 months.

Student

• A valid bonafide certificate from a reputed educational institution.
• Student ID card.
• A leave letter from the student’s educational institution.

Invitation Letter

If Staying with Family or Friends

• Invitee name and valid passport number.
• A coloured copy or original invitation letter with duration & purpose of visit.

ID / Passport

• A copy of the inviting person’s signature ID or passport.

Address & Contact Information

• Inviting person’s permanent address.
• Contact numbers of the inviting person.
